When a job is assigned to you, you will receive an assignment email:

Open the job

To open the assigned job, please follow the link provided in the assignment email.

As an alternative, you can click on Dashboard \ Assigned - waiting to have the page scrolled down to the list of your currently pending assigned jobs, then click the desired job to open it.

Please check any information related to the job.

Download

To download the job files, please press Download ZIP archive in the Specification page of the job.

The job will assume Status = In progress

Delivery

At the end of your work, please click the Target data blu folder in the Delivery page of the job to upload the processed files.

Then select any single item of the Work instructions list. The section Send delivery below will then show a box where you can add any additional note before pressing one of the blue buttons to actually deliver the job.

At this point in time the PM is notified and no further action is required on your side.

Close the job

In the upper right corner of the page, you can see that job Status = Delivered and you can close the job by pressing the X sign.
